1-day tour of Christ the Redeemer Sugarloaf Mountain

The tour starts from Corcovado Mountain (also known as Christ the Redeemer Mountain or Sugarloaf Mountain). Depending on your selected package, you can choose to travel by van or train, both of which will take you through the lush Tijuca Forest. At the summit, visit the famous Christ the Redeemer statue and enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of Rio de Janeiro.

Continue your journey with a visit to the historic Maracanã Stadium (exterior). Then head to the famous sambadrome (exterior), the lively venue for Rio de Janeiro's annual carnival parade, where you can enjoy panoramic views and immerse yourself in the city's rich cultural heritage. Please note both visits are exterior-only, allowing you to admire these landmarks from outside.

Continue exploring the metropolitan cathedral in Rio de Janeiro, a structure inspired by Mayan pyramids. Delve into the blend of ancient inspiration and modern innovation during your visit, and experience the charm of this landmark.

Continue to the Selarón steps, adorned with colorful tiles from around the world and named after Chilean painter and sculptor Jorge Selarón. As a testament to his life's work, each step is filled with color and artistic culture, making it an unmissable attraction in Rio de Janeiro.

Optional set lunch featuring a Brazilian BBQ buffet. After lunch, continue your tour to Sugarloaf Mountain.

If you choose a package without Sugarloaf Mountain admission ticket: travelers will have free time during the tour. You'll wait until the lunch break and Sugarloaf Mountain visit are over before returning to the hotel by shuttle, or you can arrange your own return.
